This is why the 1st charge was less and the 2nd more.

If there was a chance of these fees occurring it would have been better to of been upfront versus hiding behind the charges which to me is bad business.

Everything went very smoothly from the sale to the installation.

I called Gagnon's receptionist who was super friendly and helpful and she was able to get me a service visit that met with my schedule and convenience. The technician arrived and was amazingly fast and efficient. He not only fixed my door issues within minutes but clearly explained the cause and how to avoid similar issues in the future.
